Keep each changeover organized with a property specific clean and an agreed guest ready reset.
Discuss your rental cleaningIndividually quoted by property, condition, linen arrangements, and turnover timing. Scheduling is confirmed before acceptance.

Meet Andy
and Olivia.
We’re Andy and Olivia, a married couple who call Cayucos home. Olivia grew up here, and this coastal community is part of our story. Married since March 2025, we’re building a life and a business together around the values that matter most to us: honesty, kindness, and following through on our word.
Our experience with homes inspired us to create Coast & Key. Olivia brings her perspective as a real estate agent, and Andy brings an international business education earned in Utah. Together, we offer thoughtful, personal support for the place you call home, whether you’re away or living here full time. We want you to feel comfortable knowing who is caring for your home, asking for what you need, and trusting us to listen, communicate clearly, and treat the details with care.

What is Home Watch?
A scheduled visual observation of accessible areas of your property, with documented readings, observations, and photos. We observe, document, and communicate; we don't provide technical diagnosis, licensed inspection, or a guarantee against conditions arising between visits.
What does Property Setup include?
We establish the home's baseline, verify the information needed for service, document authorized routines and limitations, and build the current Property Profile used during visits. The one time fee is $149 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft and $249 for larger or complex properties.
Where do I receive my visit reports?
We email your report with recorded observations, readings, photos, and any follow up needed. Your Jobber client links provide appointment details, quotes, invoices, and payment access.
Is there a long term membership commitment?
Memberships are month to month. You can request cancellation of future renewal, with service continuing through your paid period unless you ask us to stop property access sooner. Your agreement explains the applicable billing and cancellation terms.
Can you prepare my home before I arrive?
Yes. We offer Arrival Prep, grocery stocking, laundry, and other accepted home care requests. We confirm your instructions, timing, purchases, and scope before providing a quote.
Can I request something that isn't listed?
Absolutely. Tell us what you need. We review the request for safety, authorization, service fit, and availability before accepting it. Where another professional is appropriate, we can discuss vendor access or coordination.
Do you provide emergency or storm services?
Storm preparation, post storm checks, and special checks are requested and scheduled separately, subject to conditions, capacity, and safety. Membership priority is not a guarantee of immediate deployment. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services.
